Red Rocket Tattoo has been part of the Midtown Manhattan tattoo scene since 1998, with a classic 90s and early 2000s shop look. Independent resident artists and international guests cover American Traditional, Japanese Traditional, black and grey, fine line, color realism and large custom work such as sleeves, back pieces and bodysuits. One of the artists has more than 30 years of tattooing in New York. Walk-ins are accepted for small tattoos, flash designs and simple pieces. Larger projects go through a booking process, where a $100 deposit holds the spot and counts toward the final price. Free consultations are offered.
